We've been a bit slack with the posts lately so here's a round up of a whole load of essential releases you need to have, starting with Sticky Fingers-'No Shame' taken from a 3 track EP on Held II Ransom, this is 140 Jungle that will smash up the raves with its huge bassline and crunching amens...

Next up is Fleck's remix of Sound Shifter's 'We Make It Ruff' taken from the excellent 'Style Snatchers EP' which rounds up a great year for Boomsha Recordings, the jumpy bass style drop that harks back to Urban Shakedown's 'Arsonist' just sends us into a frenzy!!!!!

Manion's latest EP on Definition Breaks offers freakish levels of filthy bass and we're really feeling this particular track from the excelent 4 tracker

First up on the EP we have Hey Mr DJ which rips your heart out straight from the off with a devastating lead, combining intricate Dubstep Beats, the amen slips through this like butter, a serious audio orgy of sounds bless this track ready to kill the dance floor

Second on the menu we have Let Me See Ur Hands! , lazy Dub vibes leads you onto the floor ready to get down and dirty then he hits up with a RAID Alarm!!!! Let me See Ur Hands......you heard the man

Third installment doesn't get any less damaging with Mashup, this time Eddie gets his Piano hands out and provides a soothing melody to get any seasoned ravers lighter in the air, sweet vocals provide the sugar untill some dude crashes the party and tells u how it really is!

Last but by no means least Shake Shake, razor sharp bass action gets you shaking that booty before the Amen drops and we're right in the groove

Lucas - The Razors Edge EP-Held II Ransom

 

 

Lucas has been on fire in 2013 with his superb remix of E Lab Rat-Rat Hustle, a remix of Top Buzz-Maintain Her that got the thumbsup from Jack Smooth himself among a number of  other first class releases and remixes. This fantastic EP on Held II Ransom keeps up the gold standard with 3 absolutely essential to have tunes from the man with the Midas touch....

Razors Edge has hypnotic trancey pads over tightly layered breaks and check out the 'swoooosh; sounds that kick in half way.

Overdosage is a trippy roller coaster ride of a tune combined with some nice mellow pads and crunchy amens and amazing swirly synths.

Small Beginnings is a classic Lucas J Tek banger, atmospheric and uplifting pads over skippy electro like beats.

Big Things have small beginnings but theres nothing small about this E.P, its big with a capitol B and you need it!!!!
